When you’re at the poker tables you would never dream of revealing your hand to your opponents. One thing many players don’t realize is that by leaving their eyes uncovered, the trained player can read them like a book. Poker is a game of deception and if a player can be easily read, he cannot deceive his opponents. The solution is simple. Almost all poker players wear sunglasses to hide their eyes, thus hiding their game from the opponents at the table.
When a player is wearing sunglasses his opponent cannot see what he’s looking at, if he’s nervously blinking, or recognize any sense of worry at all. It’s simple; the path to greatness at the poker tables can be paved with a cheap pair of sunglasses. By making yourself unreadable, you force your opponents to be more skilled than you or have a lucky day. There will be no more losing hands because the guy across the table knows you’re bluffing. Keep your hand hidden, and your pockets will keep filling with those little clay chips.
